In March 22, 2017, Topsflo advance team of IATF16949 automotive quality management system  participated in the three days of IATF16949:2016 internal auditor training which was organized by BV international inspection group in Changsha, trainees mainly involves the staffs of Topsflo quality management, system implementation and design & development, lay the foundation for the annual internal implementation and supplier improvement.

The training content mainly involves the following points:

1, the basic situation of the conversion of IATF16949:2016, the standards changes of the new version 

2, IATF international automotive task force member states introduction, the introduction of automotive standards

3, quality management principles and process model

4, the terms and definitions involved in the IATF16949:2016 system

5. Introduction of IATF16949:2016 clause

6, quality management system audit knowledge

7, case analysis of 16949 subprocedure actual operation 

Through the whole process learning for the above content, Topsflo 16949 advance team members have a further understanding for the terms of the IATF16949:2016 standards, clear about the core principles of customer focus, establish the quality management system of all staff participation, Topsflo quality policy (“Set the industry benchmark with the spirit of craftsman, build the international quality, excellence, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement") is also the pursuit of the above principles coincide.
